This review is for the Lindt Strawberries and Cream Bar. Some people don’t really consider white chocolate to be chocolate, but it’s close enough. Plus, Lindt makes other chocolate items (such as their Lindor Chocolate Truffles)—and it would be a shame to not review this bar.
The first thing you will notice as soon as you open one of these Lindt bars is that they truly do smell like strawberries and cream or perhaps a strawberry covered with white chocolate—you could actually almost say that they smell like a white chocolate strawberry cheesecake!
Perfect White Chocolate and Strawberries Combo
The white chocolate itself is not overly sugary, but it is definitely sweet. This is one of those items that would be difficult to consume all in one setting. But that works out perfectly because Lindt has these bars separated into nice little rectangles. There also appears to be a Lindt Lindor Strawberries and Cream truffle available, but it mainly comes up on UK websites. It would be great to see these at the Lindt Store for sure.
The strawberry pieces are very small, but somehow you still get the impression of having white-chocolate-covered strawberries when you’re eating these bars. Even if you’re not usually a fan of white chocolate, these are definitely worth trying.
