Although Chocolate en Masse is not a recipe site per se, no chocolate website would be complete without mention of some notable Death by Chocolate recipes—so here are seven of the most chocoholic-worthy recipes around. We haven’t tried these recipes, but it was impossible not to share them, since they look like some of the most tempting versions of Death by Chocolate out there! Ludlab Torta (or Death by Chocolate and Maraschino Cherries)

This consists of several layers of chocolateness: chocolate sponge cake, a truffle layer, chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache.

Death by Chocolate Cake (Bennigan’s Copycat)

This recipe makes use of chocolate mousse and chocolate cake mix, as well as kahlua. Being described as a “Bennigan’s copycat,” it’s likely to be worth trying!

Death by Chocolate (a drink)

For those interested in chocolate liquors, this drink from Smirnoff includes vodka, Irish cream and Godiva liquor.

Death by Chocolate Cupcakes

Cupcakes are all the rage, so it is only right to include these! These dark chocolate cupcakes are made with semi-sweet chocolate and cocoa powder (among other ingredients) and have dark chocolate frosting with semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Death by Chocolate Cookies

These look really decadent, with their chocolate sprinkles and Hershey’s kisses on top—and luckily they don’t look too hard to make, using refrigerated cookie dough plus cocoa powder.
